Every Exit is an Entrance Somewhere Else.

New Update: I am all moved in to my new home in San Francisco & am a college graduate. What a week! Here’s a little insight into the happenings in the last..oh…five days.
I graduated. As the nickname Van Wilder has been thrown my way a few times, this proves to be the greatest accomplishment… & to tell the truth, I’m not sure I totally comprehend that I’m not going back. Thanks Cal State Long Beach- it’s been real.

My family got in the night before graduation so of course we went to my favorite Greek restaurant, George’s. That’s my grandpa in the last picture, & he never stops making me laugh.

Then…Graduation!!! Ding.I’m done.
My mom completely surprise me afterwards with an amazing brunch at a resort in Palos Verdes, Terranea.

The top picture is my boss & his wife. Words can’t explain how truly blessed I was to work for and get to know them over the past four years. Caprice & Roger are truly beautiful people. [Sometime I’ll have to let you all know how special Caprice is to me] They were my second family when I moved out here from Idaho.
Matt has been one of my best friends out here and has helped me through some tough stuff. He’s one of my favorite people. Not to mention, he & Chuck [not pictured] work with me & I spend almost everyday with these two.
I couldn’t have asked for a better grad celebration. At brunch, it was so amazing to see all of the people who are so important to me setting around a table and celebrating something important to me. My heart was so filled!
After the celebrations, most of my family & friends flew back home, while my mom & I stayed and cleaned/ packed my whole apartment. Then Matt came over & helped us move all the big furniture & after that we hit the road… Yes, only two days after graduation I am in my new home!
Whew. What a week it’s been. More pictures to come of my new neighborhood & apartment once I
find some more time! Hope everyone is having a WONDERFUL Memorial Weekend & always remember:
