#Friday Favorites: Week 5

Friday is by far my Favorite Day and it wouldn’t quite be my favorite without celebrating my Favorite Friday-y things & sharing them with your fabulous self.

1. The best way to enjoy a Friday morning? My Favorite Post-Workout Smoothie:

  • 1 Banana
  • 8 small dates
  • Handful of spinach
  • Handful of mint
  • Chocolate Almond Milk
  • Splash of liquid chlorophyll

Blend.Sip.Be Happy.


2. @BaseBodyBabes: Check out these two trainers ( & sisters) on instagram. Their workout vids make these workouts look waayyyy to fun.


3.Research shows the brain is coherent with the heartWhat your body tells you about your emotional state. 



4.My love for San Diego. Here’s your dose of baseball & the Padres:
